This two-day (three-day optional for on-site auditing) course uses the ISO 9001:1994 and ISO 9001:2000 Standards, and ISO 10011 Auditing Guidelines to develop auditing skills. Emphasis is placed on auditing processes and the 8 principles of management, as introduced by the ISO 9001:2000 Standard. The theory of auditing is applied to practical auditing system exercises in a workshop format. All persons responsible for preparing and executing internal or supplier audits, manufacturing and service companies, should attend this course.

Experienced trainers/auditors will provide participants insight into quality system "good practices" and "pitfalls." Audit practice exercises are used to maximize learning.
