A one-day course presenting the ISO 9000:2000 Standard that will provide participants "how to" information to implement the ISO 9000 Standards into a quality system. Action planning to become ISO 9000 registered is included.

This course is in workshop format and utilizes practical exercises to enhance the participantís understanding of how to implement ISO 9000.
