QS-9000 Implementation & Documentation

A two-day course that will provide "how to" information to implement QS-9000 & ISO/TS 16949 Standards into an automotive quality system. An action plan will be developed for registration. Emphasis will be placed on good practices and pitfalls when implementing. The course also includes "how to" information needed to prepare and evaluate documentation required for implementing a quality system. Practical exercises are used to correlate the course content with the work environment.

In a workshop setting, participants will learn from an experienced trainer/auditor to prepare documentation for the compliance audit; develop a quality system manual; reduce quality system over-documentation and maintain effective management; write effective procedures and work instructions.
