AUDITING

AETS offers auditing services to implement ISO 9001:2008 and AS 9100 Rev. C standards.

Auditing is required to implement a quality management system (QMS) based on ISO 9001 or AS9100. Audits provide the information management needs to determine whether the QMS is conforming or nonconforming, relative to the appropriate standard(s).

Internal and third party conformance audits are available from AETS. Organizations with a minimum number of auditors can enhance their audit planning by contracting with AETS to perform internal audits. Organizations needing ISO 9001 or AS 9100 conformance, not certification, can contract AETS to perform a third party conformance audit. A Certificate of Conformance is provided by AETS.
AETS is associated with ISO 9000 Registrars and can arrange for them to contact your organization for certification.

AETS has audited for more than one hundred (100) organizations to implement ISO 9000 and AS 9100 based quality management systems, references are available. Several of our customers have achieved ISO 9000 certification in less than five (5) months. Our customer base includes automotive, aerospace, general manufacturing, information technology, oil field, explosives, machining, powder coating, medical, heat treating, product testing, food processing, metal distribution, retail/wholesale distribution, engineering, environmental, plastics, foundry and fiberglass industries.

AETS auditing rates range from $45 per hour to $80 per hour depending on the type of audit and amount of travel required.
