AETS offers coaching services to implement ISO 9001:2008 and AS 9100 Rev. C standards.

AETS considers coaching and consulting to be different services. Coaching like consulting, includes comprehensive services to initiate and implement a quality management system (QMS) based on ISO 9001 or AS9100. However, coaching does not include actual development of your QMS by AETS; you are responsible for development, AETS advises you concerning what to do and how to do it. Coaching requires less time by AETS and therefore less cost to you.

Assistance is provided to prepare the quality manual, procedures, documents, records and necessary work instructions. The depth of assistance depends on your expectations. AETS will lead your management team until internal knowledge is achieved.

AETS has consulted and coached more than one hundred (100) organizations to implement ISO 9000 and AS 9100 based quality management systems, references are available. Several of our customers have achieved ISO 9000 certification in less than five (5) months. Our customer base includes automotive, aerospace, general manufacturing, information technology, oil field, explosives, machining, powder coating, medical, heat treating, product testing, food processing, metal distribution, retail/wholesale distribution, engineering, environmental, plastics, foundry and fiberglass industries.

AETS auditing rates range from $45 per hour to $80 per hour depending on the type of audit and amount of travel required.
