AETS offers consulting services to implement ISO 9001:2008 and AS 9100 Rev. C standards.

Consulting includes comprehensive services to initiate and implement a quality management system (QMS) based on ISO 9001 or AS9100. AETS provides the level of assistance and expertise suited to your organization's needs, ranging from advise and coaching [see Coaching] to actual development of the QMS. AETS experts can provide leadership to ensure effective QMS development at the level needed to meet your expectations.
Assistance is provided to prepare the quality manual, procedures, documents, records and necessary work instructions. The depth of assistance depends on your expectations. AETS will lead your management team until internal knowledge is achieved.

AETS has consulted with more than one hundred (100) organizations to implement ISO 9000 and AS 9100 based quality management systems, references are available. Several of our customers have achieved ISO 9000 certification in less than five (5) months. Our customer base includes automotive, aerospace, general manufacturing, information technology, oil field, explosives, machining, powder coating, medical, heat treating, product testing, food processing, metal distribution, retail/wholesale distribution, engineering, environmental, plastics, foundry and fiberglass industries.

AETS auditing rates range from $45 per hour to $80 per hour depending on the type of audit and amount of travel required.
