All courses include a training manual, copy of the ISO 9001, QS-9000 or ISO 14000 Standard, and a course completion certificate. A training manual and pre-course instructions will be shipped to the participant. Course modules will either be shipped or faxed upon receipt of payment and/or completion or the previous assignment. All participant examinations and exercises will be faxed or emailed to AETS for scoring. Full payment is expected prior to issuance of the course completion certificate.
