ISO 9000 Documentation

A two-day course that will provide participants the knowledge and experience to prepare and evaluate documentation required for implementing the ISO 9000 quality system. Case studies are used to correlate the course content with the practical work environment. In a workshop setting, participants will learn to prepare documentation for the compliance audit; develop a quality system manual; reduce quality system documentation and maintain effective management; write effective procedures and work instructions; and learn to develop high quality documentation from an experienced trainer/auditor. A brief review of the ISO 9001:2000 Standard included.
