ISO 9000 IMPLEMENTATION / DOCUMENTATION

A two day course that provides participants the knowledge and experience to implement the ISO 9000 Standard into their quality system, and to prepare and evaluate documentation required for implementing the ISO 9000 Standard. Practical exercises are used to correlate the course content with the work environment. In a workshop setting, participants will learn to: interpret the ISO 9000 elements; develop an implementation plan; prepare a quality manual; prepare procedures and documentation for the compliance audit; reduce quality system documentation; maintain effective management; and write effective work instructions an experienced trainer/auditor. A brief review of the ISO 9000:2000 Draft Standard is included.

Day Two	Writing Operating Procedures Documentation Requirements Flow-charting / Formatting Writing Work Instructions Documentation Requirements Formatting Maintaining the Documentation System Documentation Control Summary and Course Evaluation

"ASQ Certification: ASQ Certified Quality Engineers, Reliability Engineers, and Quality Auditors may earn recertification credit(s) for attending this program, providing it is covered under one are of the body of knowledge in which you are seeking recertification or is job enhancement." AETS will provide a certificate for 2.0 recertification units.
